Get outta Comfort Zone

Human beings perceive things from the past, in other words we see things from reflection of the light, hear words from vibration which was also reflected and echoed. Other three senses, smell, touch and taste, they are also external stimulus.

After they are first sensed by ear, eyes, nose, tongue and touch, the stimuluses are carried by nerves to the brain.

As humans and animals are tiny babies, they are fed, educated, cared and loved. However, humans and animals experience the turning phase from children to adults, from being nurtured to be nurturing.

Since we remember what we perceived by our senses as we were babies whether or not we are aware, first three years of human life is sometimes supposed to be the most critical time for happy life.

Each person has comfort zone in physical, emotional and spiritual senses. The infant stage clearly contribute to conform the zone. The obstacle here for many people is that babies can not categorise and organise circumstances around them, so all perceptions experienced just get deserted deep down in the ocean of our memory.

To dig a deep hole, we need concentration. We need to keep digging the hole over nights otherwise rubbles and soils would probably cover the hole up again.

When we dive into our long term memory, it does require concentration and energy.
Probably, I am subconsciously doing this kind of process while I'm chanting and sometimes meditating.

After re-finding our most primary memory, we grasped the chance to re-organise and understand again because we already know a lot of concepts and sources of organisation such as language.

This understanding would certainly make it easier to become aware of our hidden tendencies which we established when we were breast-feds.

For me, this is one of my ways to enhance my own creativity because we can change even the deepest propencity in our lives.

It takes energy, courage and disconfort to get out of our confort zone though, the process itself to get out can be a daily confort which I believe I do.
