The reason for egalitarianism
I believe the fact that every human beings are fundamentally equal.
Even in hierarchical group, there is always a buffer zone where classification is not valid.
In a classroom with the tyranny of a teacher, in a country where politicians and the rich squander from ordinary citizens, the structre of the place might be seemingly very hierarchical.
However, there are always some alternatives for people to create in any situation, we always have our choices which we sometimes are not aware.
For instance, in a type of a classroom dominated by single person, the lack of power balance is happening not only because of the dominator but also people keep depending on the structure which they mostly do not feel happy with.
No matter where the place of domination structure is, there is always dependency by followers of the structure. Some follow it without intention, others deliberately do.
Therefore, the realization of the egalitarian structure in an organisation begins from the realization of responsibility which is inherently distributed equally.
It is free to blame or complain about our situation, however, unfortunate thing is most of those are not constructive and based on emotional factors which are basically temporarily in effect in our mind.
Mindfulness is a lethal weapon of peace.
